  • __hstc: This cookie tracks visitors. It contains the domain, the utk, the initial timestamp (first visit), the last timestamp (last visit), the current timestamp (current visit) and the session number (increases at each subsequent session). It expires within 6 months.
  • hubspotutk: This tracking cookie keeps track of a visitor’s identity. It is sent to HubSpot when a form is submitted and is used for contact deduplication. It contains an opaque GUID to represent the current visitor. It expires within 6 months.
  • __hssc: This cookie tracks sessions. It is used to determine if HubSpot should augment the session number and timestamp data in the __hstc cookie. It contains the domain, the number of views (increases with each session), with a time stamp from the start of the session. It expires within 30 minutes.
  • __hssrc: When HubSpot changes the session cookie, this cookie is also set to determine if the visitor has reset their browser. If this cookie is not set when HubSpot processes cookies, the session is considered new. It contains the value “1” when present. It expires at the end of the session.

What is the applicable law?

What is the competent jurisdiction?

The Parties shall appoint a mediator from among the mediators approved by the Federal Mediation Commission in Belgium.

If the mediation does not allow to solve this dispute, the dispute will be brought exclusively before the courts of Liège, Namur division, materially competent.

Miscellaneous clauses

If any provision of this Cookie Policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall be deemed unwritten, without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
