Symplicy and VoxNow announce a collaboration aimed at automating your missed phone calls

In the context of this collaboration, Symplicy’s smart form integrates with VoxNow, enabling lawyers to automatically manage phone calls.

VoxNow transcribes the voicemail left on your answering machine, summarizes it by email and sends a personalized SMS reply.

Artificial intelligence therefore automatically identifies the type of request:

• an appointment request for a road traffic accident, a divorce, speeding, a dispute between partners, a tax audit, etc.,
• a request to cancel an appointment,
• …

and sends the client a personalized reply with the appropriate Symplicy form.

The collaboration began in April with a test phase involving several law firms.

It was then officially announced in July.
