How does the integration work?

1. A customer calls you.

2. The customer leaves a voicemail.

3. VoxNow transcribes this voicemail and sends it to you by e-mail.

4. VoxNow automatically identifies the type of request.

5. VoxNow sends your customer a personalized SMS containing the appropriate Symplicy form.

How do I activate the integration?

If you are already a Symplicy and VoxNow customer, everything is configured by default. No action required.

You can personalize both the SMS messages and the Symplicy forms.
